We want every order to be right. If something isn’t, call us at 703-590-9555 and we’ll make it right.
Cancellations
Call us before we start your order and we’ll refund you in full. Once your order is in the oven, we can’t cancel it.
Wrong or missing items
Call us the same day and we’ll remake the item or refund it, your choice.
Catering
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund.
How refunds are paid
Card and Google Pay refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Orders paid in cash at pickup or delivery are refunded in cash or store credit. Fees and tips are refunded when the whole order is refunded.
Unclaimed orders
Pickup orders not collected by closing time can’t be refunded.
